Pawsport Adventure Participant Registration
Register to participate in a Pawsport Adventure!
Here is the process:
You must be 18 years old and have a vehicle to qualify. If you meet these criteria you will be asked to pick a date and time to pick up a dog for your day long adventure.
Once you complete this form, you will be emailed a waiver to sign. If you do not complee the waiver, your appointment will be cancelled.
